This bit is great for cutting up to 0.75" thick plywood, mdf, and plastics. The flute design will pack the chips in the cut so that the part will be held in place without the need of tabs. Bit measures 1/8" diameter x 0.86" cut length x 1.77" overall length. Use caution when cutting plastics as the chips could melt and fuse in place. Practice on scrap material first.
